Whee! Getting Stuck.

Yeah, went to pull a u-turn, and apparently there is no shoulder on this road, just a ditch filled with snow (perfectly level with the road) immediately off the road surface. Right side of car went in, and the bottom of the car was within 4cm of the ground…poop. Only time I have ever gotten stuck. So called my dad and he came out with a shovel. Yes, I feel retarded now.

    I bet you live in a city? Living in the country, you learn quickly that the side of the road often does not have a shoulder even though it looks like it does.

    Nice shots :) I got stuck too tonight in Northern Ontario on crazy horrific back roads in the middle of nowhere. You should have seen the road… pure ice, had to back down about 500 m on an inclined skating rink coz I couldn’t get up it, took about 10 minutes and was sliding sideways for a good chunk of it.

    I used to tell everyone the smart was awesome on snow but after driving that C350/4MATIC I think the smart is horrible in winter. I really want that 4WD Kei van now so bad.

    Those last shots are especially wicked!! That’s with your new camera?
